Low Impact (20min)

Low Impact workouts include exercises which help your body to repair and gain mobility and strength, without putting unnecessary pressure on your core or joints. The perfect workout for someone who is new to exercise or does not want high-intensity/jumping.

Ignite (20min)

Ignite combines resistance training and HIIT to work and tone your entire body! It is a 20min workout, with your heart rate up and muscles burning! This workout can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the weight of your dumbbells and by putting the weights down if it gets too challenging.

 

Equipment needed: Two sets of hand weights weights, one light (1-3kg) and one heavier (4-8kg).

This is a great 20 minute Yin Yoga session. It is designed to nourish the body and balance the min - a combination of stretching, breath work and relaxation.
